Do I need an account to order firewood?
No. You can order as a guest in about two minutes. An account is there if you would like to follow your deliveries and reorder quickly.
Is there a password?
No. You sign in with your email address and a six-digit code that we email to you each time. There is nothing to remember and nothing to reset.
What does an account cost?
Nothing. It is free, and you still pay for firewood the same way: to the driver, once it has been delivered.
