Nothing Was Taken Up Front
There's no deposit on any order, so if you need to move or cancel a delivery there's nothing to refund and no cancellation charge. Just let us know as early as you can so we can free the slot for someone else — particularly in autumn, when they go quickly.
Changing a delivery date, adding to an order, or checking where the van is: a phone call is genuinely the quickest way. We can see the slots in front of us.
